The Hannon Project, 2000 Special Design Building of the Year from Stockade Buildings. This type of building is a design build, and it was completely custom designed by Jeff Gerde, owner of Just Barns, Inc. and The Barn Store for the customer with the idea that it would match their house as closely as possible and blend in to their property. The lower floor is an insulated 2 stall horse barn with additional space for car and boat storage, while the upper floor functions as a guest house. It is a flush framed building with cedar shake siding and 40 year architectural shingles.
